  • Communication & Reporting: Facilitate clear communication between subcontractors, project managers, and the office. You will be responsible for providing weekly progress reports, including using software like OpenSpace, to document site conditions and project status.
  • Final Handoffs: Coordinate and manage the final handoff process, including walkthroughs with Property Management and key transfers to new owners or tenants.
  • Documentation: Ensure all on-site documentation, including permits and plans, is up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar field role.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools and a willingness to perform minor repair tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
